1. Responsible for handling the foreign trade network platform customer consultation, orders, complaints and other pre-sales and after-sales services;
2. Responsible for the development, maintenance of foreign trade network platform international station customers, statistics and analysis of relevant data, put forward constructive suggestions;
3. Pay close attention to the information of similar products in the industry in time, so as to make feasible adjustment to the relevant situation of products in the store;
4. Participate in all kinds of exhibitions at home and abroad, develop customers.
1. Bachelor degree, major in English, international trade or marketing;
2. Fluent oral English, familiar with overseas customer development process and method, familiar with international trade rules.
3. At least 2 years overseas sales experience;
4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, be honest and have no criminal record.
