1. Responsible for product quality control of the whole production process from sample to mass production, seeking to improve product quality through testing, control and improvement process;
2. Responsible for finding and solving the quality problems in the production process, dealing with the quality abnormality and quality improvement;
3. Make all kinds of quality control plans, process control cards and other inspection standards and documents related to quality;
4. Responsible for training QC work content of production line, improving QC work quality, and auditing QC daily work content and quality records;
5. Responsible for the analysis of customer repair, return and customer complaints, and list the related problems into the workshop special quality improvement;
6. Responsible for handling customer complaints, leading quality meeting review, 8D improvement report reply to customers.
1. College degree or above, major in electronics, mechanical and electrical engineering;
2. Familiar with common quality tools, such as new and old QC seven techniques, PDCA, etc., familiar with the quality exception and customer complaint handling process;
3. At least 3 years QE related working experience in mechanical or electronic enterprises.
